Consider this an unapologetically brutal crash course in how NOT to carry yourself on dating apps.

For real? I’m not single and haven’t been for a long time, but yeah, those are bad. One my single friend dislikes and won’t give a man a chance (we are older) is stating on his site that he can still function. Nothing racy, just that he still works. I didn’t think it was horrible, but it really bugged her so she gave up looking altogether. Personally, I would want my man to work, but I agree, it probably isn’t a good thing to post. I get it, guys think that’s important, but not working is not a deal breaker.
I think men define themselves on what they do and women tend to define themselves on who they know. Men feel it’s important to produce and be viable enough to function and have the ability to work. But if he’s older he may not have to work anymore and could possibly be retired and have several streams of passive income. Not a deal breaker. I have never defined myself by my job because why be something that could be taken from you. It’s more important to focus on who you are as a person and continue to evolve and grow.
Oooops! So sorry, I meant “work” sexually. Not employment.
Ok I initially thought sex too. lol. But there are little blue pills for that now so… unless they have a heart condition… giddy up
lol
I just read an article, also written by a man that says much of the same thing as you did here: https://medium.com/moments-of-passion/peacocking-is-the-most-effective-sex-repellent-ever-invented-122d1e9f9c71
